Queen Hive — Services Agreement

This agreement is between Hive Bastion LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Hive Bastion"), and the person or entity subscribing below ("Client").
Services
Hive Bastion will provide Queen Hive services to Client on a continuing basis for as long as this subscription remains active: AI-assisted social posting that measures conversion signals and adapts over time, configured to Client’s business profile and brand.
Fee and term
$299.00 USD per month, charged automatically to Client’s payment method on the same day each month. The subscription is month-to-month. There is no minimum term and no long-term commitment.
Cancel anytime
Client may cancel at any time. On cancellation, services and billing continue through the end of the month already paid for, and no further charges are made. Months already begun are not prorated or refunded.
No guarantees
Services are provided on an as-is basis. Hive Bastion makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to results, reach, engagement, growth, ranking, revenue, leads, or any other outcome. No specific outcome is promised and none should be inferred.
Limitation of liability
Hive Bastion’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount Client paid in the one month preceding the claim.
Governing law
Tennessee.
Other terms
The published Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy at hivebastion.com apply. Where they conflict with this agreement, this agreement controls for these services.
