Social Media Hive — Services Agreement

This agreement is between Hive Bastion LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Hive Bastion"), and the person or entity subscribing below ("Client").

1. Services

   Hive Bastion will provide Social Media Hive services to Client on a continuing basis for as long as this subscription remains active.

2. Fee and term

   $50.00 USD per month, charged automatically to Client’s payment method on the same day each month. The subscription is month-to-month. There is no minimum term and no long-term commitment.

3. Cancel anytime

   Client may cancel at any time. On cancellation, services and billing continue through the end of the month already paid for, and no further charges are made. Months already begun are not prorated or refunded.

4. No guarantees

   Services are provided on an as-is basis. Hive Bastion makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to results, reach, engagement, growth, ranking, revenue, or any other outcome. No specific outcome is promised and none should be inferred.

5. Limitation of liability

   Hive Bastion’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount Client paid in the one month preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

   Tennessee.

7. Other terms

   The published Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy at hivebastion.com apply. Where they conflict with this agreement, this agreement controls for these services.

By checking the box and completing payment, Client accepts this agreement.
